The Hyper Pro Staff 6.1 was created with the flat beam cross section, Perimeter Weighting System (PWS) and the flex of the Pro Staff 6.1 Classic. Then Wilson combined the braided Kevlar/graphite cross section of the Pro Staff 6.0 with a new braid of Hyper Carbon, creating a Double Braid. The Wilson new Double Braid construction increases the strength of the racket while maintaining the "players" feel.
