The Head Youtek Five Star is part of the new game improvement Youtek Star Series and uses new Head technologies such as d3o, QuadFace, Control Ring and MultiZone grip in a user-friendly package. 107 sq. in. headsize, 9.6 ounce strung weight, 27.3 inch length, and 28/26mm wide beam add up to the second-most powerful racquet in the Youtek line. Slightly more maneuverable than the Youtek Six Star. Optimal for a beginning to intermediate player with a slow to moderate swing speed.

Head d3o technology acts as a "smart" material in that it behaves differently under varying dynamic loading or impact. Integrated in the frame lay-up and positioned in the shaft area (where the racquet flexes the most), d3o seeks to help players maximize performance on all shots. High speed impacts lock d3o together within nanoseconds at the molecular level, stiffening the frame to provide maximum power. Conversely, on slower speed impacts, the d3o molecules absorb the impact providing softer touch for better feel.

Head QuadFace extends the stringbed at key points of the frame providing longer strings for a larger sweetspot and more power.

The Control Ring reduces string deformation for added control and accuracy, and is located at the 2 and 10 o'clock positions on the Youtek Five Star.

Wilson K Fierce FX 105 Tennis Racquet The Wilson K Fierce FX 105 is a great all-court racquet that meets the demands for an advanced player all the way down to the junior level. The Wilson K Fierce is very similar to several Wilson racquets, include the Surge BLX, the K Zen Team FX or the Pro Open BLX. Don't be fooled by the close-out price, this is a great playing racquet. If anyone understands the tennis business you will know all manufacturer's over produce. Several excellent models get lost in the line competing against the same model that might be slightly different in specs. This is one those racquets. The slightly bigger than Midplus head size the K Fierce gives the junior player or older veteran play the little extra power needed to stay excessive. Strung at 10.2 ounces and slight head light the K Fierce FX is cumbersome and is quick at the net. You will be surprised the relative easy power and playability of the once 0 racquet now priced at .95/strung with a value string, Hollow Core 16. Hard to pass up this deal!
